Since the age of 19, I have been practicing Buddhism with the Soka Gakkai International (SGI). Together, with my fellow members, we chant NAM-MYOHO-RENGE-KYO to bring forth our bravest, wisest, most compassionate selves. My practice has changed my life and has been a source of hope and agency even in my most difficult times.
